Doggo
about.
Doggo is a conceptual mobile app designed to simplify the process of finding, booking, and managing trusted dog walkers. The project was developed as a personal exploration in applying a full UX process — from research and discovery to iterative design and testing.
challenge.
Finding a reliable dog walker can be time-consuming and uncertain for pet owners. Existing solutions often lack transparency, trust-building features, and an intuitive booking experience — especially for users new to the process.
The goal of this project was to design an experience that balances ease of use, transparency, and trust, helping pet owners feel confident when booking a dog walker.
Approach
The project followed a full UX process:
Conducted user interviews to identify pain points and expectations
Mapped out user journeys and key tasks
Created low-fidelity wireframes and iterated through usability testing
Designed high-fidelity screens with a focus on clarity, trust, and emotional connection
Explored onboarding flows, search and filtering, profile views, booking and payment, and post-walk feedback
Key design considerations included:
Clear presentation of walker profiles and reviews
Transparent pricing and availability
Easy rebooking for regular users
Emotional tone aligned with pet care and trust
result.
The Doggo concept demonstrates how thoughtful UX design can transform a fragmented and trust-sensitive service into a simple experience.
Through iterative design and testing, the app evolved into a flow that users described as clear, friendly, and reassuring — key emotional drivers in this type of service.
While Doggo remains a conceptual project, it reflects my approach to user-centered design and my ability to take a product from problem definition through to high-fidelity design.
